Start spreadin’ the news, I’m leaving today. I want to be a part of it: New York, New York….

New York is one of the most populous metropolitan in the world. It is where the United Nations is headquartered. The city consists of five boroughs; The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island.

New York was founded as a commercial trading post by the Dutch in 1624. The settlement was called New Amsterdam until 1664 when the colony came under English control.

NYSE; New York Stock Exchange. World largest stock exchange by market capitalization of about US$11 trillion.

Ground Zero; the unfateful site of the 9-11 attack in 2001 whereby the Twin Towers collasped.

United Nations Headquarter in New York City.

The twisted gun barrel which was a gift to UN by Luxemburg. It symbolizes peace.

Madam Tussauds; the renowned wax muesum in New York City.

If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere,
